It's hard to say because it can be stopped for various reasons, held, etc. I wanna say when we watched it from Liberty Square, it got there about 15-20 minutes after the start time.

I do prefer watching parades from Frontierland or Liberty Square instead of fighting for a spot on Main Street.

We just returned and it took about 25 minutes from starting in Main Street to reach the Tiana bridge. I would assume that it is basically the same going the other direction (depending on where you are on Main Street).

I ordinarily do not watch parades but when we do I always get our spot along Frontierland also. The crowds along Main Street tend to get the sides filled up a lot earlier and it seems like the attitudes of late comers trying to squeeze in beside you are obnoxious. We don't seem to get that in Frontierland.
The MNSSHP begins at that end and I always want to see the Headless Horseman ride out.
