I got BG50... my son's iPhone hit 7 a second before my galaxy s20, I waited until my phone hit 7 which costs me a few groups. He got stuck at loading friends and family.

News & notes from today

1. As I mentioned earlier it’s much less hectic getting into the park, smooth and less crush of people at the gates, parking, temp checks, walking down Hollywood Blvd

2. Had BG 7, was called at 9:46am

3. There were 10 total people in first 2 preshows w/ us (3 total groups)

4. Since you are no longer assigned a number you can try and grab the front and center spot on the ITS if there are not too many people.

5. Final preshow we were only the only group in there (3 of us)

6. We did not have anyone else in our ride vehicle and once we debarked, there were 3 entirely empty cars that followed us, before the 4th one had 1 group in them. I get that it’s early in the day, but stuff like this further reduces the capacity. Not sure how to have a floating non guaranteed queue where you can fill any empty seats with the promise that you can’t whine & complain about the wait time (like a single rider line). But that would help get more people on the ride.

7. @disneygeek90 probe droid laser was working, @gerarar noodle was flapping in the breeeze. Only the 1st canon moved, so we did the @Joel ”jiggy” otherwise everything was working 🤩🤩🤩

Next visit/PPR: Dec 5 the 1 Year Anniversary of the attraction 🤘🏼

I have a new thing for you to look out for. Right after the first “encounter”, there’s usually a siren that could be heard going but it’s been missing for quite a while now.. ;)

What do you mean by this? what number are you talking about?
He's referring to the numbers / circles your party is assigned when you go from Preshow #1 > ITS Preshow. He was saying there was 3 parties in his preshow group (where ITS is intended to hold more) so they kind of had some space to "choose" a circle because there were many open ones.
