My friend who was here last week had a friend visiting the parks this week. She gave her step by step instructions (I had her open at 7:57:30, before we knew all the Joel data). Her friends scored group 9.
We gotta start keeping this info close to our chests, soon everyone is gonna have this figured out

For all the talk of me being bad luck, I’ve never actually been on the ride while it’s broke down. In 18 tries. Who’s bad luck now
Skipping pre shows yikes.
I get to see cool behind the scenes kinda stuff as a “reward” for injectioning operational stability into the ride. You crash the system for the entire day
And your chances of “on ride” issues are far lower than mine as you’ve only rode a dismal/meager 18 times

It’s basically the same method. Joel was able to dig into the coding to determine why that timing specifically works. Basically, open the app between 7:57:30-7:58:00 and sit on the main screen until 8.

Current plan is to go tomorrow again. Why the heck not?
As a Silver AP who is normally blocked 4/4-4/17, TBD if they will enforce normal blackout or not due to current situation.
So staring down the barrel of possibly 1 month of NO DISNEY/RISE, you bet I’m getting in my “last licks”.

I got 71. Luckily I was in and out of the runaway railway building before 8. Was a stressful 10 minutes when they let me in at 7:50.

Regular boarding groups gone at approx 08:00:15.

WOW, must have been an AT&T issue as neither daughter’s phone or mine populated either screen at 8am, I had to hard close and reboot and then got in and got 44.
Not bad all things considered but strange that had an issue and all groups gone THAT quickly today.
Almost half glad I don’t have to do this for another 2+ whatever weeks.
*Note* multiple first timers in line I helped got single digit groups. Go figure.
