Something to think about- do you think Disney will have posted wait times outside the park for this (for the people who arrive without having the app)? Because I’m sure all rides are going to see their wait times spike, and instead of having an obscene amount of people at DHS, seeing what the rides’ wait times are in the afternoon might get some people to go to another park.
So many have the app that I don't think this would make a dent anyway.

Unless It becomes a legal/safety issue they want you to come in and spend money.

They could walk to Epcot in less than 10 minutes but that would require to walk.

Google Earth has updated their 3D imagery of Disneyland, and thus has 3D imagery of SWGE construction!

Haven’t realised until now how less “open” the CA version is. Understand there’s less space to work with over there, but looking at how the pathways narrow due to the railroad and how guests will be required to walk quite close to the facades in some areas, do we think the DHS version will benefit (perspective-wise) given there’s more space to take in the views?

The two versions of the land are nearly identical. DL's version actually has a little more room... for now.

Will they get an expansion quicker than DHS?

Well, they're getting a SW Resort before Anaheim. And DHS's expansion pad would be more easily converted to an attraction. And with the supposed death of One Disney and the need to continue to put more attractions in DHS, which is something that DL doesn't have an urgent need for... it's likely.

So what is the deal with the Star Wars themed strollers that I heard about for Galaxy's Edge? I heard some information in passing, but that's about it. I understand they will be expensive to rent but themed to look like X-wings or Tie Fighters. I don't have kids, but the one thing that I am concerned about is the number of strollers that will need to be parked and break the theming.

There's only so much you can do. Nothing is going to be 'perfect theme'. We bring our own stroller to Disney. No way are we going to rent a specialty stroller just so we don't break theme.

People in shorts and t-shirts will break theme too....
