There are dozens of apps on the Play store that will translate Aurebesh. I have one that will translate with a camera. Because you never know when you need to translate Aurebesh to Basic.

Been hopeful for this for a long time. The christmas special was just evidence that they are ready to produce an ad for the land of this caliber.

10 to 1 odds against. I don't think they are ready to release an opening date just yet. I think we're still a good month or two away from that.

The past few major openings at World have given 4 months or so, that’s generally what I’m expecting. Of course Land is a different animal, and I’m much less familiar with date announcements there. 2 months out seems real close to open to not have a date.

I agree. I don't think the Super Bowl is the right spot for that type of announcement. It would get lost in the frenzy of the day.

I would bet they wait until around Easter, to prevent any Easter Vacation tourists from delaying a visit. If they announced the formal opening date now, you'd have a bunch of spring breakers who might put off their visit. There's also the need to get onto the backside of the rainy season here in SoCal just to firm up the construction timeline more, and we still have a solid six weeks of rainy season left.

I’m guessing there could be a possible announcement as early as next week during the 2/5/19 DIS earnings call...reasoning is that the Pandora opening date 5/27/17 was announced at DIS earnings call on 2/7/17 - this also included that SW:GE was opening at DLR/WDW in 2019. Other recent example is that DCA Pixar Pier opening on 6/23/18 was announced at D23 Japan on 2/11/18...so a similar pattern to the WDW announcement/opening timing.
