Are you talking potential areas for future Star Wars expansion? Otherwise top is half Pooh, half trees/berm with maybe a backstage gate. Bottom is entrance and more Trees/Berm (though maybe you could ride a motorcycle up the incline and jump Gadget's Go-Coaster.)

Strictly just thinking about future guest flow and possibilities. Neither of which necessarily have anything to do with Star Wars expansion. There is certainly ample area to redo Pooh down the line with a 4th SW:GE entrance from Critter Country. Plus a weird way of having guests walk to whatever Toontown looks like decades from now. 5th entrance?!

I hate dead ends.

That berm in SW:GE has a big framed opening in the tall end, wonder what they are driving in there? I have been noticing that in the last few pictures and wondering.

You mean the end of the blue Arrow in BrianLos picture post above? If so that’s the tunnel entrance to backstage area behind storybook Land. This area also connects o that passage way - with the big gates on both sides - where the Pinocchio restroom is at the Fantasyland end of Big Thunder trail. Those gates allow for access to the backstage area between BT Mt and Fantasyland. It canall be opened up so trucks can drive supplies in at night from backstage or cast use it to access work areas when the park is open .

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't that Bantha People Mover ride rumor false and turned out to just be speculation on concept art?

I believe it was rumored to be the 3rd attraction Anaheim was all for it, but Disney Orlando did not want to spend the extra money on it, so it was scrapped for both parks

Always seemed odd to me that this concept art was said to be the rumored "Bantha" ride...

...when it's just a photo opp in this larger concept art.

Not to say it could've been a plan long before this concept art was ever released and they had this great creature design so they put it into the land as a photo opp instead.

Technically it's not really a Bantha but something else. It's close enough though. I hope that thing is a fully animated photo op. It would be incredible. I think something like this would have made a great people mover in the upper areas of the land.
