This video is about a week old, when this pathway was still open to help with holiday crowding, but it's a great walk-thru of the new Frontierland section behind Big Thunder Mountain. This is where the Festival Arena entry and Big Thunder BBQ used to be.
It all depends on who you put in charge and that person's business abilities.
Looks like they're actually putting the first coat of concrete over the wire/mesh shell (or whatever material they use) on it right now. It will likely be painted later as they appear to be doing over on the Frontierland walkway side.The ROA rockwork that can be seen from Critter Country is being painted.
