There’s a few crates around the Falcon. Rocks near the outpost. Near the Dianoga fountain. They’re not chairs but you can sit.

Is it proportional to the seating offered in the older lands... at least before they started removing planters and benches?

I feel in general they re just not designing as much seating or shade into new lands. I have a feeling that they re purposely doing this because they want people in shops or restaurants and not lounging around on a bench spending no money and pretending they re at a park. If I’m right, it’s pretty despicable.

I think it’s alright for the moment. There’s enough spots to sit and eat. A few more crates would be good though.

I think you’re kind of right. The lack of seating/rest spots in some of the WDW parks is pretty criminal.

Forgive any typos in this post, I just rolled my eyes so hard I damaged my optic nerve.
Sorry about your optic nerves, but I think it was just a joke in reference to @George Lucas on a Bench ’s username.

Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Fair enough, but I've heard way too much whining across the internet about how there isn't any "George Lucas Star Wars" in GE. Which is patently silly. I feel like the comment may have had a double meaning...?

And thanks!

How dare any of you compare Galaxy's Edge to Superstar Limo? Nothing deserves that honour. This is like when people say Batman v Superman will be remembered well because Blade Runner got bad reviews too at first.
How dare you put the cinematic masterpiece that is BvS in the same conversation with the bland boring trash that is Blade Runner. Seriously how many flips can Daryl Hannah do? And talk about overacting in that dead scene, geez....

They should reboot Superstar Limo with Jeremy Irons as Alfred driving the car. All problems in the universe thus solved.

I think Idris Elba should narrate the Superstar Limo reboot.

And the current Hollywood icons that should be depicted would be Robert Deniro, Goldie Hawn, Dane Cook, Arianna Grande, Beyonce, and Tony (Tom Mix's horse).
