It's a BLEND of elements. It's certainly not a stationary robotic arm. Unless we went on different rides.

Most rides are on tracks. Doesn't make them roller coasters.

That doesn't make it a roller coaster. The Haunted Mansion doom buggies are "moving on a track system" too.
