They're all from Lackadaisy. It's a webcomic about 1920s gangsters using anthropomorphic cat characters, and features fantastic artwork.

It’s whatever you want it to be. You see, puppets can inspire people to go out and make their own character out of felt and a little bit of love. Maybe he’s a curmudgeonly old man. Or maybe he’s a bank owner trying to foreclose on a town of other puppets and one human guest star. The possibilities are endless when you’re elbow deep in a puppet. Let your imagination soar.
