Hmmmm....
*wonders what that brown thing is*
An exposed piece of plywood.
Notice that the triangle is indeed made of a reflective material.

Yeah... RIIIIGHTTTT... :lookaroun ... ...
(geez, why am I always starting rumors?)
I love that word... humorous... it certanly is a humorous word. Although at the same time, it's like, not humorous, like, at all. You know what I mean?... Oh! Spaceship Earth! Right! Ummm... triangles! UV lights! Tomorrow's Child! Umm... Judi Dench! Cartoons? Chicken wire? Little robot girl in the window? Ummm.... Yeah, I got nothin'.
Yeah... RIIIIGHTTTT... :lookaroun ... ...
(geez, why am I always starting rumors?)
:ROFLOL::ROFLOL:Hahaha, that was like a bad episode of The $100,000 Pyramid!
I still get creeped out everytime the descent starts and I look behind me and think that there is still a little girl behind the boarded up window.
:ROFLOL::ROFLOL:
Pyramid=Triangles!?!!?!!?!?!?!?
WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY, OLMEC!?
It's late.:lookaroun:lookaroun:lookaroun:lol:
Hahaha, it is late indeed...this is what happens after midterm week, driving from Baton Rouge to New Orleans on Friday, then back and forth again on Saturday, then back to Baton Rouge AGAIN today...
AND I have to wake up early tomorrow morning and deal with the football team...at least they'll be in a better mood than they were last week...
But yes...Pyramid = Triangles, and $100,000 is the budget. :lol:
An update---Rode SSE today 10/20. I thought the audio/music was sounding much much better in the ride, you can actually hear the music now whereas before it was barely audible. It was also much better at the 180 top, and louder. Finally!! I even liked it this time. Now if they would just turn it on outside....its pretty much off out there.
Ok the descent. Dont get excited they havent done anything to be excited over, BUT there is something going on. I noticed the gas clouds starfield area on the right has been expanded and worked on more as reported by others as well, its larger and longer now and there are more twinkling lights in there and more sculpted rock work or gas clouds etc. Then that big curtained off area where the peppers ghosts scene was has changed. Yes its still blocked off, but if you look all the way up it looks like they have added more black curtians that look like they are covering up big blocks because these go allll the way up to the ceiling above the general black wall, whereas before I i just remember the flat wrinkled curtains. Now it seems like its a black wall with blocks of curtains above it, and these are high above, not flat sheets connected to the ones by the vehicles, its several in different layers and angles and shapes. There has got be something being built back there, surely they would not waste all that space and just block it off this way forever.
The triangle city area-- nothing new here, the hanging panels that are there still faintly glow but thats it. theres no new lights or effects or anything around them. I kinda think tho it is what it is there and thats all they are going to do in that area. But it needs more its boring.
overhead triangles, some more edges glow here and there but still many are black and they all do nothing. I dont see how these are going to show images, I think maybe they are just going to change colors or something maybe in unison but I dont get the image idea, I just dont see that happening and might be wishful thinking by many. But then who knows I would love to be wrong.
all in all its still shabby and ugly, but I could tell things were being worked on as curtains in the pepperghost area had changed shape and expanded and the last part of the descent had more of the twinkling lights in the curtain walls on left and right and it looked as if they removed the chicken wire above the triangle panels, this time I could see more space and duct work.
I feel for sure now there is more to come. I just wish they would get on with it instead of painting one triangle edge a month. That huge wall of curtains in the pepperghost area is way too big, it has me excited I really do hope something is in the works back there.
Okay thats my little report of what I noticed being different since I last rode in August.
