Spring will be here eventually...

This was from a couple of springs ago, but nothing like fields of blue bonnets to say it's spring in Texas.

Thanks! :) It's a pretty cool phenomenon here. Come spring, people drive around the country looking for nice open fields full of blue bonnets. Then you get out and take tons of pics. I probably took 250 pics that day of the girls frolicking in the flowers. I had them in red dresses to contrast with all of the blue and green. I really should do it again this year.

Adorable.

That's one of about twenty I took of these two. It really was the cutest thing ever. Thanks :)

This thread gave me the idea of looking at the rest of my spring photos from last year on my actual computer and not iPad (I keep my very faves on here but run out of room quickly so I then back them up) and camea cross some real winners. Please stop me if I go photo heavy and off the handle bars. I just love vivid, upbeat, cheerful pics :)

I have uh. Thousands. So again please tell me to stop if I start hijacking :/

Absolutely beautiful! I would have been taking hundreds of photos of them too. For the life of me, I can't grow them here. I don't think it's warm enough. Maybe we get too much rain in the summer. :/

Thanks! Your pics are beautiful as well :) I've tried sprinkling blue bonnet seeds in strategic places at home, but they won't grow in our yard either. With the exception of our garden, I think there's too much clay in the bulk of our yard to support such things.

Thanks! Ooh, clay. Never thought of that.

One more before I go to bed... Doesn't this look like a tree out of a dr Seuss book... Or movie? :)

No such thing as too many beautiful spring pics!
