Sorry Dot. All day I tried to fool someone, and no one fell for any of my antics.

I still love all of you!

:goodnevil Tehe.

Sorry Nibbs. I couldn't resist.

I believe most likely I will be going with my dad.

:fork::fork::fork:

Sorry Jo. I'm a bad little kid.

Princess, for your sake (and your dad's) I'm glad you were fooling us.
That would have been quite a disappointment.

Oh I know. I would be devastated if I didn't get to go.

All in good fun, love.
Oh and, you'll probably win some points with Connor...he'll definitely approve.

:sohappy: Finally, maybe he won't try and make me cry anymore.

So, how has your April Fools day been? What happed with Steph's photo? And why is there two Connor Avatars?

:eek::eek: *tosses my Windex in your face* :p

You got me!

:D Sorry! I couldn't help myself. Feel free to get me back.
How has your day been?

Well, I did some shopping today, which was fun. Kind of nice to buy some things for myself. Also got some things for the trip, and a camera case for the new camera. I snapped a few sample shots today, and I can already see a difference in the clarity. :D Still haven't started reading the manual though.
That will take me a year.

Indeed.Well played Princess.

Thanks. :) I like the avatar.

OOh, shopping is always fun.
 Manuals. I loath them, but before I get to use any new gadgets my dad makes me read them. :brick: (This isn't an April Fools joke, he really is that protective about gadgets).

Do highlights and following on my computer count?:lookaroun

Umm, yes. I believe they do.

Work is going fine. Just finally stopping for lunch right now and I'm hungry!

I had pizza for lunch. :slurp: Glad to hear work is going well today.

I would appreciate that if you didn't mind!!!

Thanks!

:)

I would imagine (wow too much to think about) that my girlfriend and I would just get simple plain wedding bands... it's what my brother and his wife got; I never paid close attention to her finger to try and see how it looks; but i like the look of a simple wedding band (well obviously for me I would... hahaha yeah I'm gonna get a wedding band for myself with diamonds... :brick:)

but... for allie too, i just like the look of the simple ones...

with a three stone setting with a plain wedding band work???
I know I"m behind, but I'm catching up:

I have a three stone engagement ring and then we bought a 5 stone wedding ring that matched. It wasn't an exact match, as the two weren't a set, and I had to buy bigger diamonds for my wedding band b/c they matched better, but I love my ring the way it is and it doesn't look weird at all.

Now, I know you said something about a guy having a diamond in his wedding ring...and surprisingly enough, WHF actually does. He picked it out himself and he loves it. I never thought he would go for such a fancy ring, but I let him pick whatever he wanted. It looks really nice on his hand. I love it and so does he.

Smart girlie!
Engagements and weddings are special times and are worthy of some extravagance, but I believe it's possible to do it all without losing your head.
If I were Joe, I'd go out and look, just look, at rings that cost half of what he was intending to spend. And then maybe look at rings half the price of that. Somewhere in the middle he just might find something nice. You don't wear the price tag for the world to see. It's not about what it costs, it's about what it means.
Couldn't agree with you more Dot...it is definitely not the cost that is spent, but what the ring actually represents. And I KNOW my engagement ring didn't cost a fortune...but it's still nice for the money.

And remember, you'll have to buy a wedding ring as well, so don't spend too much on the engagement ring...b/c you'll have to buy 2 rings.
