I'll howdy you, you howdy back,

How do you do?
Fine how are u?

How do ya do?

I always did feel funny standing up on the log and flashing my fancies to the audioanamatronics. Someone should have told me that I didn't need to do that.

You're not the only one who thought that.

Until I did a lyric search, that's what I thought it said too.

I was there in October with some friends and we were bursting out laughing at the song.

Funny how many people think that's what they're saying.

I used to think it said "Pretty good, show us your bum"

I am glad I am not the only one who thought this song does not sound right.

You know, it probably does say all these weird things.

Just because that's what the lyrics say, doesn't mean that's what they're singing.

I mean, first off, what the heck does "Pretty good sure as your born" mean anyway?

Secondly, the song sounds NOTHING like that.

Thirdly, just look at one of the best scenes on the ride - When Brer Fox's tail is getting bit by the aligator and he's standing on Brer Bear's Back.

OH COME ON - Don't even try and tell me you've never thought about that!!!!!

Yeah, try listening to "One Little Spark":

"Electrobeams and crystal prisms, gyroscopes and magnatisms, holy crap in three dimensions"

Anybody who wants to hear this quote should go to http://198.65.141.39/ and click, epcot, future west, and watch the real video of the OLD version of Journey Into Your Imagination. The quote is 3:00 into the video.

You can also get audio/video from Splash Mountain too if you want to hear "Pretty good show us your balls"

"Pretty good, sure as you're born" means...

"Sure as you're born" is corrupted down from "As sure as you're born". It's an old, genteel Southern expression which is way out of vogue these days. It essentially means "definitely". So when Brer Rabbit says he's "Pretty good, sure as you're born", he's saying he's definitely pretty good.

*shrug* The song gets stuck in my head at the drop of a hat, but that doesn't mean I think the lyrics are brilliant. ;)
