Remember that time the Eiffel Tower was removed from the France pavilion? It came back.
Things have to be removed for refurbishment every now and then. It will be back.

It's kinda funny.... never put much thought into this little detail of adventureland. I was hit by said "spitting camel"...my kids still laugh when they think of it. It's the little details that count sometimes.

It’s not uncommon for them to occasionally be removed for a refurb cycle. Not likely anything to panic about.

I'll only panic if it returns. That would mean it remains in that misconceived spot at least 5 more years.

As said above, if only the whole attraction were removed...
Seriously, Aladdin's Magic Carpets single-handedly turned Adventureland from an immersive, transportive place into an amusement park area. IMHO, removing this ride would be a larger improvement to The Magic Kingdom than adding another new e-ticket.

It's not a bad right (not a great ride, either). If they just moved it out of the main path and off to the side somewhere it'd work.
They could move it to that little island that the Swiss Family Treehouse sits on (I think I'm the only one that likes it - still I won't miss it) or move it off to the NW section by Pirates. It looks like it'd fit there. Then the flow of people can work in that area once again.
