For us, 'Ohana wins on food and price, Spirit of Aloha wins on ambience and show, and Hoop-Dee-Doo wins on customer service and interactions with the cast members. They all have their own merits, but we tend to lean toward 'Ohana as our favourite!

We are doing Spirit of Aloha for the first time this year, and also doing Hoop De Doo for the third time.
Hoop De Doo is one of our favourite shows-yes it may be cheesy but great family fun. As we are planning to use dining credits,I suggested missing it this year as we were doing Aloha but got voted down big style by DH, DS20 and DS12! Feel we get bang for our buck with this show and totally worth 2 credits each!
Food is palatable in our opinion but we feel the atmosphere and audience interaction is phenomenal. Can't see how anyone would find it boring!

If you have other character/special event meals scheduled- DON'T use the credits!!! Last trip (my first time using the dining plan) I paid all 2 credit meals out of pocket, I was recommended to do this from a friend, and she was totally correct!

However, I made a HUGE mistake paying out of pocket for H&V Fantasmic dinner pack- that is still only 1 credit on the DDP- and a great use of one!
