Spieling over ride audio

You follow what most other parks do. Have you phone you get evicted from the park. That happens a few times people will get the message. It's not about liability but safety.

No park that I know of would kick a guest out on the first offense, unless maybe they became confrontational when confronted about it.

Cedar Point has done just that multiple times this season. Security waits for them at the end of the ride and walks them to the exit of the park.

That's good then, but with the language barriers and general cluelessness that exists among the tourists in the Orlando parks, I just can't see any of them making this a regular thing. People generally know not to take phones out on roller coasters and that doing so is breaking the rule, but most don't consider it being a safety issue on a slower moving scenic ride.

I partly agree with the OP, but I see the other side of it too. Because no one wants to get hit in the face with even a hat. Besides I'm sensitive like a flower.

I think a good compromise would be themed pre-recorded spiels and train the team members to not spiel over key parts of the ride if it is not an immediate safety concern. Example: "Welcome... to Jurassic Park!" should not be interrupted over a hat, especially considering there are still like 5 minutes until the drop.

I concur my fine sir.
