Spice Road Table menu and opening date?

Does anyone have any info on the proposed opening date and menu for Spice Road Table in the Morocco pavilion at Epcot? We're going to be there mid February and were wondering if it will be open. Thanks.

No problem. I am heading to WDW tonight and I was hoping to try it before I left on Monday. Not looking likely at this point.
