It's a legacy ride that evinces Walt's love of transportation. It must stay in some form -- I'm not married to little gas engines, but lots of toddlers get their first experience "driving" on that ride.

Speedway doesn't need to go but it does need to move, I'd put it out where the Tomorrowland Theater used to be along with a lot of other changes...

Basically this new Speedway track would be in "the foothills of Space Mountain" and you could recycle a lot of old designs for Space Mountain from when the planned to have the track go outside the building

and in place of the current Speedway put a big darkride, this idea Stitch's Star Jets, would use the Toy Story Midway ride system to create a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride in Space featuring Stitch's hot rod style car
