Spectromagic Question

Do they ever add in the Spectromagic parade in at the last moment? Right now we will be at MK 2 of the days of the week where the parade is not going on. I know they cut the parade down to a few times a week during the down season but we are going the first week of free dining in August so I would think it will still be a little busy. We didn't get to see the parade last year so I had really hoped my kids would get to see it this trip. My genius self read the calender wrong when I was planning out our days and making ADR's and we are set now and unfortunately cannot switch up days.:(

I don't know if they have in the past or not, but I know that they were just extending some hours for the rest of July and some of August for MK, so maybe they will if the bookings are high enough (the free dining window is almost up...).

Personally, I love Spectro so much I would cancel an ADR and eat a burger paid for out of pocket even with free DDP just to see it, but that's me...

Also, try switching up your ADR's online if you haven't. We tried for three weeks every day to get an ADR at O'Hana's for dinner on my birthday in August and there was never anything. The online dining thing came out, and I had my choice of reservations all right around 6pm like I wanted...just a thought...

Disneys planning calendar is always subject to change. This usually means park hours can be cut or extended at the very last moment - I've never heard of them suddenly adding a parade on a day when its not scheduled (this isn't to say that they won't).

If I were you, I'd alter your plans on one of the days that it is running to ensure that you get to see it - its a must (at least once a trip)
