It`s still under soft opening until Feb (18th I think)

everyone I spoke to who has gone says it's been open round the clock with no shut downs so thats why i asked!!??

Officially they can still close it whenever they need to. Technically though, it has been open most of the time lately. Unfortunately, since it's not official yet, there are no guarantees until after Feb. 18th passes, or 14th or whatever the date du jour is
