I think Spaceship Earth is a very well balanced ride for the wow factor and technology. The biggest wow is that they fit all that stuff in a ball.

If they change anything on the ride, it should be the cars. Since all the cars are connected like a train a problem on one car stops the whole show. The last time I rode on Spaceship Earth was in 2003. There was a large number of handicapped guests in line with us. When they got on and off the ride the whole thing had to stop. The entire ride took over an hour. It felt like we were literally stopping every ten feet.<o =""></o>

Wow, I hope its a dark coaster character meet n greet high speed merchandise imporium with animatronic cms and a big splash drop at the end, with a theme tune by family favourite Marilyn Manson.

I`m all for a new verison of Tomorrows Child.. used in conjuction with the `94 score (I too think it is one of the best park scored period) but I do miss TC. Still seeking the source audio from the ride version as well (got a tiny bit closer..)

I have a daft theory that if and when a major rehab that keeps an Omnimover (or hybrid) as the ride vehicle happens, they will extend the track into the old Global Neighborhood (still shuttered I assume - interesting!)

This would be a perfect place to have a larger load and unload area, and new Tomorrows Child finale, and as a bonus have the existing load/unload area to use for new show scenes pre time vortex (with the smoke brought back)

Okay... I`ll add head restraints!

I didn`t mention I would favour some sort of JII/WOM/EMV hybrid vehicle - not for the roughness (I`d keep it the same pace as today, save for maybe the time vortex and finale) - but this way you could flatten the incline on the return to earth leg (for some of it), point towards specific scenes (occassionally - specifically the finale) and also be able to regulate load / unload; a slowed down loading situation wouldn`t affect the rest of the ride to the degree it does today.

If we can dream it, and can afford it....

I would like for some padded seats. I know sometimes when I go on at night before the park closes, I like to stay on and ride it two or three times with out getting off.

Padding would make the ride a lot smoother and all around better.
