No I highly doubt it. If my company was paying to have my name on an attraction, I'd want it there and want it there now, everyday my name is not on there is more people that are not seeing my brand being represented along side of Disney, one of the most powerful brands in the world next to Coca-Cola. Lest we forget, time is money!
This is the reason AT&T's signage has been covered up first and Seimens branding appearing slowly but still appearing. I mean hey, it takes time getting signs up, I am sure its just taking time because Disney only has so many workers and so much time to work on things like that when guests are not present. I am sure that Disney wants those signs up right away to please one of their only sponsers... contract or no contract, by keeping the client happy they run a better chance of more sponsership down the road (like GM did for WoM/Test Track).
