That "tunnel" is actually Omegas entry tunnel, the blue star tunnel before the main lift. The white blobs are actually the rear of the lights that whizz past.
The WEDway is further left, to the left of the white wall. Left of that wall are the two main lifts. The Peoplemover will be below them. Infact in the second pic you can see one of the blue entry tunnels exposed.
