From the Give Kid’s the World site, this gives us what looks like confirmation that this will be a signature restaurant:

Unfortunately there is no clue as to when it will be opening, it just says “when the restaurant is open”.

You don't have to post in a thread to get notices. At the right, top of ever page of a thread is a button to click to "Watch" a thread and then choose whether you get email or in-forum notices of new posts to a thread, or have them show up in the list of new posts of "Watched Threads". It's a toggle and becomes "Unwatch" when you don't want to follow it any more...
