Spa question

In a few days I'll be able to book excursions and spa treatments. I'm wondering... with the activities on the ship should I try and book these in the morning or in the afternoon? The last cruise we did was a 3day and we didn't have any full days on the ship and really didn't take advantage of on board activities. This time we'll have two full days on the ship...I don't want to miss anything. I figure the excursion would be better early so that we have time to relax afterwards before dinner. So... what do you all think about the spa... early or later? Thanks.

I think early, but its so hard to say! It seems like everytime we plan something concrete it interferes with an activity we want!

This is me. When I schedule things I find it bothersome so I don't do it. I did have a pedi & massage I had to get up early for on our first cruise which I did not like. I'm a miserable beast when waking up so doing anything within the first 2 hours is bound to be a bad thing.

I like to book my spa appointment for right after embarkation. Not much gonig on yet, and its a nice way to start unwinding from the hassle of traveling to the port and begin my vacation.

This probably wouldn't be the best time to book one of the spa villas (couples session), since there would be ports and ships all around....and you need some privacy in those, I believe. Right?
