Lets be fair, bongos would be safe if it had animatronic dinosaurs hanging out. Lets be honest, the typical disney visitor isnt looking for delicious, they're looking for chicken fingers and robots
WOW!! I guess that cannot say a lot for Illinois or Tennessee dining!!
I think its a cultural thing. But any Chicagoan loves white Castle, but again, culture, certain groups.

Im sorry white Castle is amazing. A 10 sack with extra onions, large onion rings, sack of fries, and a vanilla milkshake. 24 hours a day lol
After eating that I would be doing something for 24 hours and it would not be pleasant.
It is pretty much the same for Krystal.
Both Krystal and White Castle are like hooking up with an ex. It is great while it is happening, but it always ends in regret.

So based on the Disney blog article (https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/b...r-disney-springs-at-walt-disney-world-resort/) in 2018 we get Jaleo (Spanish food) on the West Side and Wolfgang Puck in Town Centre.
I assume then the new Wolfgang Puck will be on the empty plot next to the Coke store and therefore the existing Wolfgang Puck on west side will be demolished or significantly stripped back and re-done.
Does this mean Jaleo will be in the current Wolfgang Puck building and therefore Bongo's is staying? Or is there something else still to come?

Yes, as I understand the press release, Jaleo will be in the current Wolfgang Puck restaurant location. I HOPE something new is coming to the Bongo's location. It is my least favorite dining spot in Disney Springs.

LOL I did not see the fine print until I saw the quote in my reply. White Castle in an acquired taste lol.
I am actually born and bred on the southside, southshore area. Its the Chicago you hear about on the news every week.

I thought White Castle existed to serve as a 3 AM emetic for drunks to avoid alcohol poisoning.
