I love both companies, BvS was decent, but nowhere near as good as DP or CA:CW. That's for sure.

Exactly, that's why Disney didn't bother to pay off the critics to slam that movie. They should have covered their bases and paid them off anyway.

Not even FOX. They slashed the budget at, if not at the last minute, close enough to the last minute to prompt several hasty re-writes.
