Pfft... right now? It's just past 11pm, and in Belfast, Norn Iron, it's 41 degrees Fahrenheit, or to use an actual way of recording temperature, 5 degrees Celsius.

No minimum. There is a height requirement on some things though. But I think as soon as they're old enough to enjoy video type games they would enjoy Disney Quest.

I thought the Treasure Hunting jeeps were really a lot of fun.... especially because you could work with a friend to help navigate.

I wish something like that was still there, but I bet it was difficult to retrieve jeeps that had stopped working.
