Solo Dining questions

Due to odd circumstances I'm going to be going solo (again) in December and since there's not a snowball's chance in you-know-where of getting ADRs, I was wondering where I can eat solo as a walk-up? As in, what full-service restaurants have 'bars' that I can sit at & eat by myself:

Cali Grill
ESPN Club
Beaches & Cream
50's Prime

I think Wolfgang Puck's Cafe in DTD has a pizza bar. As far as I know it's limited to walk-ups and you can order anything on the menu.

You can get appetizers at Tambu and Kona has a sushi bar.

Raglan Road is usually pretty easy to get into, and they have a bar.

Big River Grille is a walk up only place as well with bar.

Maybe Nine Dragons since it now has a "chef's table"?
