Yikes! I knew our 5/25 Fantasy sailing would likely sell out but its almost actually happening. We have only sailed during typically slower times when there was still availability in plenty of categories. Never been on a full ship. Anyone been on a full ship and a not full ship? Is it any different overall??? Is it like the parks in off-season vs. busy season??? I'm kinda worried! I guess, in the end, I can always hide from the world on our verandah. The other 3,999 people won't be there! LOL!

Lol!! No! It's not going to be like Kids Sail Free! There was no Kids Sail Free and school is still going on when you're sailing!

We've been on several full ships and never found it much different from the not as full sailings. :)

The only place that feels crowded to me on any Disney ship is the quick service food stations on Deck 11 of the new ships and the Goofy pool on the classic ships.

I was on a Magic sailing which was much less than capacity because they were filming a promotional film during that week. The ship felt like a ghost town. It was awesome, to be honest. :)

I have never been on a Disney cruise that was not sold out and have never once felt like they were crowded.

Agreed...It never seems packed or crowded.

Just came back from a full Disney Dream cruise and it wasn’t that bad. Sometimes the elevators where hard to get and the atrium became busier at night but not terrible. Still got to see the fireworks and everything… would do it again and can’t wait to! :)

Our cruise was over Thanksgiving week (sold out), and we never felt like it was overly crowded. As the pictures from my trip show, the adults only section of Deck 12/13 had plenty of seating available, even on days at sea.

Same… I felt like that was weird. Also the poor guy at Currents was so bored he would sit there singing half of the time.

I was just on the Fantasy for spring break and I'm assuming it was sold out but it didn't feel overcrowded really. Sure, the atrium did get crowded during the transition period of dinner seating 1 to dinner seating 2, but other than that it was great!

My girls and I are on that sailing. Their last day of school is May 23 and we fly out the next day. I have been on a very full Dream and it is not that bad. The pool deck gets a bit crazy at times and the buffet lines get a bit long but it is nothing that made us not want to cruise again.

We were on a 4 night Dream cruise last month that was completely booked. It really wasn't a big deal, finding a chair by the pool could be difficult and the line for the aquaduck was up to 20 minutes at times. The only issue was using the elevators as we were staying on deck 9, but we almost always use the stairs anyway.

Chairs weren’t that bad to be honest. Sometimes they would bring out chairs to a new section and help you place them. We where on the sun deck most of the time so it was pretty cool. Make sure to wear foot protection though as the floor was hot!
