For my answer - I have a question! Do any of you all have a special imagineering skill? Art, music, website design, or just have always liked to create?

It'd be good to know because from there we can show you the world - I mean some past and future threads that might interest you!

To our newest members, who’ve already shown such promise in the One Sentence Competition, my advice is...

Keep at it! Get involved in the next Imagineering games when they appear. Think critically, and learn from the experience of other community members. And always, always follow your passions! If something interest you, that enthusiasm will shine through with what you create.

  • Try new things! Even if it stinks, you might find a new talent or interest! Sing a song, download a piano app and write a simple melody, download a simple video editing program and make a trailer for your attraction, write in the first person perspective, go crazy!

  • Don't worry if you suck at something. Sucking at something is the first step to being good at something. Do something bad now and you'll get better. Don't do something bad ever and you'll never get better.

  • Find what makes you "you" and put that in your work. Use your unique sense of style, your interests, your sense of humor. Is there a font you like more than others? Use it! Is there a character you like more than others? Shoe horn it into everything! Are you into history? Make historically accurate rides or obscure topics! Ya like cooking? Add unique snacks or dining options to your projects! Projects full of personality will go a lot farther than projects that might be better on a technical level.

No Direct that I know of haha. There was a short 3rd party direct a few days ago. I don't really know much about what was in it other than a bit more Kingdom Hearts info so nothing noteworthy.

I feel like at some point in like November there's just gonna be one massive direct where they just go "Here's everything we were gonna announce all year long announced all at once!" but nothing until then

Though with Animal Crossing and Paper Mario it has still been a pretty decent year. Would like more info on 1st party stuff coming up though

I mean, if ANYTHING ELSE you'd think a 3D World port for Mario's anniversary would be ready to go at this point. I don't even really care about the remasters to tell you the truth. I've never played 3D World though, so getting my hands on that would be an entirely new game for me.

Never played it but that game was the one of the first Game Grumps series I watched and it was hilarious and got my hooked on the channel. The game looked incredibly fun and I almost bought a Wii U just for it! I would love to see a rerelease.

Though, there's always another option to play it if I get desperate...
