#1 could it be John Lasseter?

i see how he could be in common with Buzz Lightyear & the Jungle Cruise...what do you think that he has in common with 'a parade' (after reading the question again, i am not sure if it is the Main Street Parade', it might be any parade).

sorry for the double post but i found somthing else that could be the 160...The opening of the Disneyland resort in 1955 in Anaheim, Calif. (with Walt Disney, right) - a synthetic, 160-acre dreamscape of fairytale castles, midway fanfare and talking mice - was the product of 20 years of planning and construction. Now, three additional resort destinations later, the concept has revolutionized the family vacation by weaving the idea of the theme-park-as-travel-destination into the world's cultural fabric.

unfortunately, this is not correct (although epcot is 160 acres)

Shenanigans... I call Shenanigans on you sir.. Epcot is hovering around 300 acres... I don't know where your information comes from, but I bet you it rhymes with Jim Pill or Al Yutz...

please don't forget about question #2

it is:

i will let everyone know if we got #1 (what does parade, buzz lightyear & the jungle cruise have in common?) right tomorrow.

thanks for everyone's help!

Would the answer to #2 be "sailing?" Buzz will "go sailing no more," the Electrical Water Pageant (a parade of sorts) goes sailing around the Seven Seas Lagoon, and the Jungle Cruise sails around Adventureland.

this is close. the guy running the quiz gave me the following clue:
just follow your heart...but beware of hitchhikers

i am not sure what he means but it definately has something to do with the haunted mansion. can you be more specific?

the original question was:
what is the significance of the number 160?

:sohappy: he said that the answer is John Lasseter BUT he asked me how are they connected...i think that it is somehow involved with Toy Story. can you explain?

original question was:
what does a parade, Buzz Lightyear and the Jungle Cruise attraction all have in common?

Hopefully someone will come along to properly answer this, but John Lasseter was once a Jungle Cruise skipper (CM) and most recently is the Head of Pixar
(Toy Story.)

I can answer that question for you ron. Walt Disney's favorite number was actually the number 13. Its the main reason why Disneyland is located at 1313 Harbor Blvd. :)
