OK, here's my current menu now. Quite a number of changes (in bold):

Turkey (fried)
Stuffing (chicken, veggie, cooked turkey gizzards styled)
Mashed Potatoes (cut from menu)
Green Beans & Asparagus (mixed)
Cranberries (sugar & orange juice - mixed)
Gravy
Garlic Bread
Gingerbread Cookies (Mickey-head shaped with M&Ms for eyes)
Quiche
