So I called Disney store online

God I must be such a sad sad individual, I love just being put on hold when I call!! Love just listening to the Disney music!! But I called because I guess they are having problems with ordering gift cards online, and I just wanted to kiss her and yes I smile a stupidly huge smile when she said, "so How can I make your day more magical???" Yes I giggled to myself cause I willl never ever get sick of hearing that!! And then To wish me a Magical day!!! Yes I could not get my Gift cards but to be wished a magical day, yeah I'm happy!! Well I still need to somehow get my cards but she made me smile! Now just gotta wait 20 more days till I hear it in person! Sorry I just needed to share cause I'm about to combust!

HAHA I love this. I love making dining reservations for our trips JUST so I can hear the background music and the happy cast members. It always brings you a little closer to the magic!

I love being on hold!! Haha The only thing I couldn't do at online check-in was room requests so I had to call POP direct. After we finished the call, the CM said "We can't wait to see you on Sunday!". How can a saying so simple make you feel so awesome?? This is why we go back year after year.

It is great calling disney be it reservations, or customer service. A lot better than dealing with phone companys or cable companys
