Before everyone starts saying BOG I was not able to get dinner reservations. So most likely at the meet and greet at France or torwards the exit of BOG. Where the wall mural is. Tried to do it after the Beauty and the Beast show on stage. But nope even though there's YouTube videos of couples of doing it. And afterwards they raise the curtain and the whole cast comes out to congratulate them. But I got official word from Disney that they don't let people on stage anymore. I'm guessing insurance reasons.

If BOG is your first choice you should tell the concierge at your resort when you check in what your plan is and see if they can work some *magic* and get you a ressie

If your significant other is a big fan of BatB, there is a really lovely topiary of Belle and Beast in the France pavilion of EPCOT. Also, Belle does a meet and greet there on a regular basis so you could get her involved. :)
