That's very interesting now that I think about it... Imagine being a construction worker only working late at night? That has to be stressful and not to mention difficult.

Speaking as someone in the construction industry, I don't think you will be hearing any complaining from the workers. As slow as work has been the past three years, I'm sure they are just fine working at night if it means a long term project.
