Cool! I didnt think anyone here was in to Adult Swim. I made a thread about it about six months ago, and like 2 people replied. Why does it start at 11:00pm now??? Having it every night now is cool though.

You both beat me to mentioning it. I totally had forgotten about that episdoe. Definitely some Disney-hits in that one.

I was shocked that Futurama, which is a fairly recent and network show, would be on Cartoon Network so fast. Kinda bizzare.

I love the Ripping Friends! I wish they would release them all on DVD instead of just the DVD that just has 4 episodes. I'm also excited that TNN is going to start an adult animation block and is bringing back Ren & Stimpy! Joy!

I know that this is the last season of Futurama, at least on Fox. That could be why it's on the Cartoon Network already. However, they show the first season of CSI on TNN, and that show isn't getting cancelled. Wierd.

The good news is you can pre-order the first season of Futurama on DVD at Amazon. I pre-ordered that and seasons 1-2 of Family Guy.

Ren & Stimpy is already "back" if you have digital cable...I watch it nightly on the Nicktoons station.

Its in its last season? That's depressing. I always enjoyed this show and I really feel it never got a fair shake...it was always getting pre-empted due to football games running over (not that I didn't enjoy watching the football:D :D ). I think it would've had an even larger viewership if Fox had put it in a better time slot (like just after the Simpsons at 8:30).

I totally agree. I will miss getting my "Good news, everyone!" weekly fix. I read that Groening was pretty ed off about it. Maybe that's why FOX signed up the Simpsons thru 2005.

Any chance another network will pick it up? It could find the right audience on the WB (maybe?).

And yet again...on the Simpsons tonight....they had termites and hired an exterminating company...name of said company? "A Bug's Death" with a logo that looked just like "A Bug's Life" logo (the green leaf with writing on it)

LOL! Glad someone else caught that....what a totally random Disney reference.

Honestly, I really wonder if some deal got worked out behind the scenes with Disney and the Simpsons....its like every week there's at least one little Disney thing in the show.

Yet another disney dig on the simpsons...

In the preview for the season premier next week, the Simpsons helps out Homer's fugative mother.

One of the characters says, "Don't worry, we're going to a place without anyone around for miles, Disney's California Adventure!"
