There is no such thing as “poisonous” snakes. Now there are venomous ones ;)
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
If you bite something and you die, it was poisonous. If something bites you and you die, it was venomous.
This is a waaaay bigger issue for me than it should be. 😉
ETA: Does anyone know what species of snake it was? I prefer for my nightmares to be accurate.

It's a pet peeve for me too. If something is poisonous, all it has to do is touch your skin to cause a reaction. If something is venomous, the venom has to somehow be injected into your body to cause any harm. That's why people can take snake venom and rub it on their body, given that there aren't any exposed cuts or wounds, and nothing will happen to them.

How does this have to do with the snake trying to enter magic kingdom?lol
O boy. Sounds like a good’n. I’m not gonna lie, I spent my afternoon watching videos on YouTube of people getting arrested/kicked out of Disney Parks :hilarious:

Lol so people can say why did i make a thread about a guy getting arrested? Im not a novice at this.

Specifically? The waterparks and hotels that have a lot of landscaping...Caribbean and port/Dixie come to mind specifically...bay lake area as well

But there's really no use worrying about them...they're always there and they are much more scared of you than vice versa...they make every attempt to be long gone before you see them.

But it's a swamp...in the heat...with waterways everywhere, ya know?

Depends on the species of snake, some venom is toxic on contact

Are you for real?

Disney world is literally built in a swamp and there are snakes everywhere...I can even tell you the hot spots.

You ever heard of "pest control"? They aren't talking solely about mosquitos.

Hmmm...pest control...let me look that up.

Please do let us know of the hot spots, so they can be avoided. I hope the MK entrance isn't one of them.

This is snakeist. Filing class action lawsuit against Disney for snakeaphobic behavior and discrimination against snakes.
There is a "snakeist culture" nowadays and Disney needs to do something about it! They should recreate this whole scene that happened yesterday and give the snake a role that portrays it in a more modern and confident fashion. I mean c'mon, its 2018, I dont want to have to explain to my child about snake trafficking when we are at Disney World.
