Smilies--Insert or Type?

OK, I'm just curious whether most of you actually click on the smilies to insert them into your posts or just type out the codes. I type them out around 90% of the time, unless I'm using one I don't use too often.

I'm fairly certain this is a sign I come to this site too often.

It depends... I used to click them on the menu on the side, but with the new design, I type the ones I know by heart, and only if I really want to add them, I go to the menu.

I would like the menu to display all of them at once though...

i do neither..

I copy the image URL, and attach it either as htmk or IMG coding, depending on the forum. It takes forever to get them to click on, and I don't remember what the typing is other than this one

I type and ... at thats it... sometimes I'll use one from the side, but for the most part, I just use or .. anything else I have to find on the side...

Now that I just use the quick reply, I hardly ever use other smilies...

Clicking invloves taking one hand off the keyboard, moving the mouse, clicking the mouse, moving mouse back to textarea, clicking mouse. Way too much effort :lol:

ever since this quick reply thingy got added, i havent been using too many smilies
only the ones that i can type... and maybe ... other than that, (as i mentioned before) I suffer from CRS and so id have to go to the menu and clicky clicky
