My wife and I are using SWV for our upcoming trip and they've been great. In fact, they took care of all the work on booking a separate stay at WDW and a Disney Cruise. Also, they even managed to keep looking and just last week got us a free upgrade to a room with a veranda from the simple porthole room we had paid for. I don't doubt that other services work well, too, but I felt I needed to speak up for Sue and her folks who have helped us out.

I can't say enough good things about Pam at Kingdom Konsultants. I've made a number of trips to Disney before and done all the planning myself. This time I checked with Pam (due mainly to frustration with the Best Rate plan -- but that's another thread) and she has been absolutely GREAT!

My friend used them and wasn't impressed at all. Infact they just weren't very good, took a very long time getting back with her. Seemed frustrated if she wanted to change anything ect.....
However she did get a decent rate and they didn't do any major mess ups.
She could of got the same deal booking it herself, and with as much work since she had such a hard time getting them to contact her.
(They went the same time as us, but we are DVC so we didn't use them. Besides I like to do my own "legwork" so to speak.
I do recomend Pam at kingdom consutants. My SIL used them for a Disney curise and she was great.
However she did get a decent rate and they didn't do any major mess ups.
