Skull Island: Reign of Kong from construction to opening

Walked by it today and peaked during pteranodon flyers. Looks incredible, fire is going- but walls still up. They were installing a new huge light on the ground behind the wall- close to the food kiosk.
Darn. I was hoping the walls would be down by memorial day. Sounds like that's a slim chance to none.

There are going to be numerous tv spots for this attraction aired during King Kong on NBC this upcoming Saturday, May 28, at 8:00 pm (eastern). Along with the film, this is going to basically be a huge commercial for UO.
Reminder set. Thanks.

Wasnt there reliable sources that claimed they intentionally slowed down because the capacity isnt really needed until summer and such?

We also don't know how they allocate construction budgets, so it may be they were 100% focused on Diagon, but with Kong they were also building Volcano Bay at the same time, which may have slowed things a little.

It's still lightning fast compared to how quickly the sloths down the road build things.
