There is a way to override it, however, train speed is limited to P1... very slow. There would be plenty of time to either kill power (which initiates a full emergency stop), or move the other train out of the way.

I won't argue with the monorail master, but I just figured if there were guys who can overthrow all of the safety features on airplanes, they could do the same with monorails...you know more than I, but there are a lot of smart, insane people in the world who would have no problem killing themselves to kill others...I mean, we thought we were safe enough to prevent anything before September 11th...

There is no safety features on airplanes, nothing.

I've only sat in the front of the monorail once... when I was a lot younger.
