Single Rider's Line

Does anyone know if WDW has an "official" list of attractions that offer the single rider's line? Or, is it simply a random luck type of thing upon approaching an attraction? Thanks.

I know that Mission Space and Test Track both have them. However, you should be aware that sometimes they don't have them open. I've been to Test Track and they had that line closed on several occasions. I don't know what determines their being open/closed.

As far as I know Test Track is the only attraction to have an offical single riders line. They have tried it on Space Mtn though, but I don't know if it was too effective. And once when I was there they were doing it on Kali in AK, but I don't think they still do it there.

I did a search on Disneyworld.com and AllEarsNet.com and came up with no offical list.

Single rider lines are no longer "Random Luck" as they are built into the main queue areas now.
I think the only two that have them are
Test Track and Mission Space

My only problem with the single rider lines is that sometimes a large group will take advantage of them. One of the first times I went on Mission:Space, I went by myself and there was a family of 15 in front of me in the Single Rider line. The youngest was something like 8 years old. I just thought that was stupid because there was a chance that the 8 year old would end up in a separate place from the rest of the family.

When I was there last month there was a single rider's line in Space Mountain, but it wasn't being used. Must be they only use it when it's really crowded.

The bad thing about SM's SRL is that you have to wait in the stand-by queue and then go to the SRL once you're near the loading station.....if it was just your regular SRL that started at the entrance, I'm sure it would work well.

This past trip last weekend, cast members were pulling people out of the stand by line on Space Mountain if you were riding alone. It went well. People were volunteering fairly and others were cooperating letting them through.

Unfortunatly, I don't think RNRC will ever get a Single Riders Line due to the fact that there is absolutely no queue space for such an undertaking. Most rides cannot put in another queue line after adding Fastpass, so it's really only found on recently opened rides or those with wide/multiple queue lines.

Yeah, Test Track and Mission: Space are the only rides that have official Single Rider Lines. I wish Disney had more official single rider lines for the big rides. I personally think Tower of Terror could really use one. Even on busy days I see empty seats in the elevators. But I can't think of a way they could make the line...

This is slightly off topic. We wanted to ride Test Track and didn't want to get a FP because the return was way too late and we were planning on heading to the MK for dinner. The stand-by line was 120 minutes so we opted for the single rider line. There was 6 in our group and the youngest was 13. (Actually it was her suggestion to try the single rider line.) When we got to the front, the weather looked ominous and the CM's were talking about whether they would have to shut the ride down or not. They pulled the 6 of us out of the single rider line and put us into a car together to clear the line quickly. We got lucky and all 6 of us got to ride together and we got a great pic. Just one of those magical moments that sometimes happen.
