Single line abusers

Well I gotta say that SRL's are the main reason that I visit UO once a year. I go by myself and if I wasn't able to use these lines I wouldn't be able to get nearly the same about of re-rides.

I do love the SRL at ROTM because nobody ever seems to use it. I think the ride is good, but not great. The launch room, the black light warriors, and the scarab room were just too disapointing to me. The animatronics of Imhotep are wonderful though and they were every bit as good as S.I.R. My advice would be to lower your expectations on ROTM and you will enjoy it more. I really think that Spider Man is 10x better personally.

I love single rider line, I think more parks in FLA should have them...

(Like BGT)

I usually ride coasters by myself and it helps....

Funny because when my faimly (7 people) went through the single rider line for Jurrasic Park River Adventure, an employee said "you know you all will be separated?" and we said yes, and then they grouped us all together...

That didn't work on the Hulk because we all waited for front row.

We had something like that happen to my family @ Soarin' down @ DCA. We told them there were six of us so the guy told us to just go through. I asked him if we needed a single rider pass and he said no. I guess that was a silent signal to let us join the main line down further because the guy told us to get into that line. It was a VERY small gesture but it made our day.

On the flip side of that I have been one to "orchestrate" single riders when I'm with a larger group. If they're pulling 2-3 people then I'll get at least one kid and parent paired up. I've actually had CM's snap at me for that before too. There was a total of 10 of us and we were all prepared to ride alone but a double came open and so I pulled a kid and his mom from our group to the front and the CM got upset because "You should all be prepared to ride seperately." I told her we were but that, if two seats were available, why not use them in the best way possible. Not mean or combative, just direct. It was wierd.
