I have decided to move......I have lived in my current apt for 4 years....and I am tired of the community....and some issues going around in the complex.

I am bummed, as I really want to buy a house....but can not afford it (yet have not really been very disciplined in saving for the house)

I want more space.......I have been crammed into a 1BR that is about 880 sq ft for the last four years.....but I have a lot more crap than I used to......so....it feels smaller than ever.

I would like to get a 2BR (and use 1 room as a home office) but that is about $450 more then I pay now per month.

I found a nice 1br with Den that I like....and it is only about $950

The nice thing too is that I like to live on the top floor (which is the 3rd floor at my current place)....the place I am moving to only has 2 floors.
