Works for me!
No one here needs any prodding. Unfortunately, there's this little thing called "life" that stops us from following our dream and heading south. Responsibility sucks! :p

And I know, I just know, when I think I'm finally free to go, the grandkids will start arriving on the scene. Hubby keeps telling me to imagine how awesome our yet unborn grandchildren will think it to be to have grandparents who live near Disney World! But I can only think that I'll want to be closer all the time. :( And I don't even have grandkids yet! There's no pleasing me!

We're basically at that same place - although grandchildren are a few years away yet (hopefully). My kids have grown up not really knowing my mother because she lives down there and the only times they see her are on our yearly pilgrimages to FL and her one-week-obligatory-visit up here in the summer. I don't want to be that kind of grandmother.

...but if we could get the kids to move down there too....

Disneyland will have 2 parades in December, the Christmas one and Parade of Dreams. And I like DCA.
I thought Kristen meant the two exisiting parades. Thanks for clearing that up, Vince.

I wasn't saying that I don't like DCA, because I really do.

I would beg to differ.

Oh come on, what could turn you against Christmas? Being male, you have virtually none of the responsibilities associated with it.
Seriously, the shopping, cleaning, cooking, decorating, planning, etc. are mostly female domain. (Lucky us!) You guys just get to kick back and reap the benefits.

Did that sig of yours, Dot, take you forever?

*huggles*

Huggles, Freddy! Yes it did take forever. Especially since I accidentally deleted it the first time I did it. Then I went back and changed the shade of green. I know, I'm demented! But doesn't it look rather festive? :xmas:

I'm not ready for the Christmas Spirit yet, give me another week or two...

It is a little soon! It's hard to keep the holiday spirit going for a full 6 weeks. Give me about 2 weeks and I'll be using the tree as a coat rack.
