Having Paypal trouble *huggles*
I'm trying to use my mom's credit card (with permission!) to buy a Premium Pass here. Problem is, my sister's Ebay account has the same credit card info/number stored,, so I can't add the credit card to my Paypal account... :brick: She only used it once, back in March or April, so she forgets her password!
I'm trying to send a letter to Paypal to help, but I doubt it'll do much.

I was looking for something for Chrsitmas, but I really want to keep my giraffe. Does anyone know how to put a wreath around it's neck or perhaps a Santa stocking on her head? (I'm serious).

Just have her ask paypal for her password.

Does she remember her question? There should only be one answer... pet's name, city of birth, etc.
You can have a PayPal account and not have an ebay account.

I'm no expert here, but I think she can re-set her PayPal password from her own e-mail address. (Mad's right, of course; you can have a PayPal account without having an eBay account.)
