Shrimp Po' Boys?

The original Poboy is actually french fries with roast beef gravy on french bread. It was cheap and a lot of the working class would buy these when they first came out in the early 1900's.

They also do roast beef poboys as well. Those are super yummy.

we people in Louisiana can put anything on french bread and make it good. LOL

Check out this link. They have a menu. This is a convience store that sells really good poboys.

You can put anything on french bread and it is good. French bread with just plain butter smeared on it is delicious too. Good stale french bread is also a must in making oyster dressing.
