Should offsite guests still be allowed to walk around the parks during evening EMH?

i dont think it would hurt anything for people to walk around they cant do anything else any way so why does it matter? I my self have kids and they never wanted to go back to the room ever after magic hours lol.But not everyone can afford to stay in pop century ( i think is the cheapest havent really looked into it) Or any where else.And if you have a Big family like i do it gets to be exspensive i have 4 kids me and bf so we have to get 2 rooms this year there is going to be 12 of us going so more rooms but not as much cause we split the price of one room with someone who is going. Any way back to my point not everyone can afford to stay at a disney resort so it dont bother me.But there is also some of those who are to cheap to lol.But i dont care one way or another all they can do is walk around nothing else.
